My goal is to work with you to craft a history and/or genealogy product that best suits your needs. The two standard plans are a guideline for beginning our work to create your own special history.
Basic West Virginia Genealogy
Up to 10 hours at $25/hour
This package provides thorough genealogy research of both maternal and paternal lines, designed to highlight family members up to 3 generations, including:
Digital copies of available census records
Digital copies of available birth/death/marriage records
Digital copies of military service documents available through Fold3
Suggestions for additional available research enhancements

The West Virginia Family History Project
Up to 20 hours at $25/hour
This quality, mini-biography narrative of your family’s history, through up to 5 generations of maternal and paternal lines, includes:
Digital copies of available census records
Digital copies of available birth/death/marriage records
Digital copies of available military service documents available through Fold3
Digital copies of available military service documents from the National Archives
Digital copies of available relevant newspaper articles
Digital copies of available public domain images related to family history
Written biography to locate your family within its local, county, and state historic context

Custom Projects
Individualized plan and pricing structure will be developed following consultation.
Broader projects such as full biographies, community histories, or reunion PowerPoints are among other potential avenues to investigate and report family, community, church, or institutional histories centered in West Virginia.
We’ll discuss your goals and together develop a plan to create a project that uncovers your history for presentation in your chosen venue.
